UNION Onboards Antonio Reyes as Head of Marketing & Business Development
UNION is delighted to announce that we are welcoming Antonio Reyes as UNION’s Head of Marketing and Business Development. Antonio brings a wealth of experience to the UNION team, with a background spanning more than 30 years of experience in executive positions and founder roles across media, technology, education, and non-profit entities.
“For years I have observed and collaborated alongside Michael Beck. Consistently, he executed across relevant projects with integrity and tenacity. I am thrilled to join UNION’s team and help fortify the foundational work expressed by the stakeholders in this expanding ecosystem,” said Antonio.
As a founding Board Member of BlockScience, a leading complex systems engineering firm and close UNION partner, Antonio was responsible for BlockScience’s Business Development and Investor Relations. As part of his role, Reyes conveyed offerings, negotiated terms, and managed ongoing communications with clients along multiple verticals including finance, data science, healthcare, logistics, and educations.
BlockScience’s work on engineering and modeling complex systems for enterprise-level companies provided Reyes with distinct insights into the blockchain industry, particularly DeFi — tackling some of the major hurdles in a highly complex design space. Those projects include UNION, where BlockScience assists in mechanism design, risk management calibrations, and other quantitative risk analyses.

Before BlockScience, Reyes was the Co-Founder and CEO of IGM Global Inc, which developed online B2B education medium portals for C-Suite executive guidance regarding the impact of exponential technology. Reyes also was the Co-Founder and CEO of Excelorators Inc., partnering with faculty at leading universities and delivering training programs in the field of finance, risk management, and more across campuses at Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, West Point, and MIT.
As the Co-Director of the Breakthrough Program in South Florida, Reyes managed a team of 65 faculty, delivering academic enrichment programs to nearly 600 students in high-risk environments. Reyes’ other roles include the Founder of Startowers Inc and the Director of Latin American Operations for the CBN/Family Channel Network.
